Like with flowers, people can grow and bloom even from difficult circumstances. Our challenges may become part of our story, but they do not have to define who we are or what is possible for our future. Therapy can provide a supportive space to understand your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and create a life that feels more authentic and meaningful.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, family and relationship concerns, and struggles with self-worth or self-acceptance. I am especially passionate about supporting people who are processing painful experiences, adjusting to significant changes, or seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships.

My approach is warm, approachable, and collaborative. I believe feeling safe, respected, and genuinely understood is an essential part of healing. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as we explore your experiences, recognize your strengths, and develop practical tools that support healing and growth.

With children and adolescents, I use play therapy to help them express emotions, build confidence, and process their experiences in ways that feel natural and developmentally appropriate. With adults, I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, mindfulness, meditation, and trauma-informed care. Rather than relying on a single approach, I tailor our work to your individual needs, values, culture, and goals.

My previous work in palliative care and with refugee communities has deepened my understanding of grief, resilience, identity, belonging, and the many ways people navigate change. Having lived in Jamaica, The Bahamas, England, and the United States, I also bring a strong appreciation for how culture and personal experience shape each person’s story.

Outside the therapy room, I enjoy hiking, spending time in nature, reading biographies, personal-development books and poetry, and traveling to experience new cultures and places. Switzerland remains one of my favorite destinations, particularly for its alpine mountains, charming villages, and striking natural beauty.

Whether you are healing from the past, navigating a new chapter, or seeking personal growth, my hope is that our work helps you feel more empowered, connected to your inner wisdom, and able to continue blooming in a way that feels authentic to you.
