North End Wellness and Counseling, a thriving therapy group practice, is hiring full-time positions for licensed therapists in the Boise and Meridian areas. Current clinicians are paid $65-75 an hour for billable sessions. Some of our therapists earn more than $100,000 annually and report high job satisfaction. Counselors share that it is like being in private practice without the hassle and having a consistent referral basis. For therapists who don't have their full licensure yet, the beginning pay is $40 a session or more depending on experience with supervision included.
