Most people don’t come to therapy because life is easy. They come because something hurts, feels confusing, or no longer feels sustainable. I’m Domini, and I work with adults who are navigating pain, uncertainty, and change, as well as those who feel ready for deeper clarity and connection in their lives. I strive to offer a grounded, compassionate space where difficult experiences can be understood with care, and where meaningful change can begin to take shape without pressure to have everything figured out.

I work with adults facing a wide range of emotional experiences, including trauma, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, and periods of transition or questioning. I view therapy as a collaborative process rooted in trust, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique story. People arrive with different histories, rhythms, and ways of making meaning, and I am often moved by the quiet resilience they carry, even when life feels uncertain or overwhelming. In our work together, I support you in understanding your inner world more clearly, softening self-judgment, and developing a steadier, more grounded way of relating to yourself and others.

My work is grounded in a trauma-informed and integrative approach, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR. Rather than applying a single method, I listen carefully to your story and shape our work around what feels most supportive for your unique needs, thoughtfully selecting therapeutic approaches that are most effective for you. I aim to weave evidence-based practices with presence and thoughtfulness, so therapy feels both deeply human and genuinely helpful.

Although my family is originally from Boise, I spent several years in Seattle before returning to the Treasure Valley, where I now appreciate the sunshine, open skies, and sense of connection that make this community feel like home. Outside of my work, I cherish time with my partner and children. I find joy in simple moments—hiking with my two poodles, paddleboarding when I can, and spending quieter creative time sewing, knitting, and cooking. These small rhythms help me stay present and connected in everyday life.

I hope therapy becomes a place where you feel understood, supported, and more connected to your own strength and clarity. If you’re looking for a space that feels thoughtful, grounded, and genuinely human, I would be honored to work with you.
